  • Understand that live plants have specific care requirements and their health depends on proper care after delivery
  • Check your plants upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of any issues

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure that the plants you order are permitted in your country/region. Nature Garden Store is not responsible for plants confiscated by customs authorities.

2. Products and Services

2.1 Product Description

We specialize in providing healthy, quality plants including:

  • Air purifying and carefree house plants
  • Fruit trees (Apple, Avocado, Banana, Cherry, Citrus)
  • Shrubs and bushes (Azalea, Barberry, Blackberry, Blueberry, Boxwood, Camellia)
  • Vines and other flora (Bougainvillea, Clematis, Cedars, Cherry Blossom Trees)
  • Patio plants (Cold Hardy and Colorful varieties)

2.2 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and provide a refund or alternative option.

2.3 Plant Health Guarantee

We take extreme care in packaging our plants for shipment. However, due to the perishable nature of live plants:

  • Plants are guaranteed only to arrive in healthy condition
  • We cannot guarantee survival after delivery as it depends on proper care and environmental factors
  • If your plant arrives dead or significantly damaged, we will replace it provided you contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email
  • We process orders within 1-2 business days
  • Your order becomes binding once we send a shipment confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. While we strive for accuracy, occasional pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel orders arising from such errors.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is processed at the time of order. Your card will be charged when you place your order.

3.4 Sales Tax

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and some remote regions. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain plants based on destination regulations.

4.2 Shipping Methods and Times

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 flat rate via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after leaving our facility.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after leaving our facility.

These are estimated transit times. Extreme weather or customs delays may occasionally impact delivery.

4.3 Delivery

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Being available to receive perishable plant deliveries
  • Inspecting plants immediately upon delivery

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Non-Plant Items

We accept returns of most non-plant items within 15 days of delivery:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless due to our error
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5.2 Live Plants Policy

Important: Due to their perishable nature and to protect against pest/disease spread, live plants are typically non-returnable. We can only replace plants that arrive dead, significantly damaged, or if we sent the incorrect variety. Clear photographic evidence must be provided for assessment.

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval and issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5.4 How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Include your order number and product details
  3. For plant issues, include clear photographs
  4. Wait for our instructions and RMA number before returning any items

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Nature Garden Store or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the purchase price of the products in question
  • We are not responsible for plants that fail to thrive after delivery due to improper care, environmental conditions, or other factors beyond our control
  • We are not liable for delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, customs delays, or carrier issues
